ALPINE ATMOSPHERE.

The Prachenskyhof is located in Geigenbühel – the most beautiful part of Seefeld in Tyrol – and is home to one fantastic apartment.

The building is in a quiet location, surrounded by dreamlike views. These qualities are combined with an individual architectural style, to give the house, which was designed by the well-known Tyrolean architect Michael Prachensky, a unique, atmospheric ambience.

The Prachenskyhof is one of the most modern buildings in Geigenbühel – the most beautiful part of Seefeld in Tyrol. The house impresses with a harmonious mixture of modern materials, bright, light-flooded rooms, traditional wooden elements and lots of art by the Tyrol-based Prachensky family.

Built in 1969, the Prachenskyhof in Seefeld is the first work by architect DI Michael Prachensky. He was able to use the philosophy of cross-storey penetrations for the first time in this building. Modern materials and antique wooden components (in the rooms and ceilings) combine and complement each other, to create a harmonious look.

The Prachenskyhof in Geigenbühel – the most beautiful part of Seefeld in Tyrol – is within walking distance of the town centre, where several cafés, restaurants and shops invite you to stroll, rest and browse.
