The Prachenskyhof offers sports enthusiasts and nature lovers the perfect starting point for various activities.
Both the Geigenbühel Ski Area (which is popular with beginners) and a vast forest with countless paths for hiking, walking or cycling are in the immediate vicinity. Golfers also get their money's worth here. The 9-hole Seefeld-Reith Golf Club in the village and the 18-hole Seefeld-Wildmoos Golf Club are just a few minutes away by car. The year-round village bus and the ski bus (winter only) to the nearby ski resorts of Rosshütte and Gschwandtkopf stop just a few metres in front of the house.

coming from Germany:
A95 motorway from Munich towards Garmisch (ends in Oberau) – Continue along the B2/B177 towards Mittenwald/Scharnitz/Innsbruck – Turn off towards Seefeld Nord – Cross the railway line and after approx. 150 m (with “Elektro Jamnik” on the right) turn right onto Geigenbühelstrasse and follow the road – After the bridge, turn right onto Panoramaweg.

coming from the south (South Tyrol):
A13 Brenner motorway towards Innsbruck – at Knoten Innsbruck-Bergisel, turn onto the A12 Inntal motorway towards Bregenz/Garmisch – Take the Zirl Ost exit and follow the B177 via the Zirler Berg – Leave Seefeld Mitte and turn left on the bend and into the underpass, and follow the road – At the roundabout, look for the sign to "Zentrum" (2nd exit) and follow Andreas-Hofer Strasse – Cross the railway line and after approx. 200 m, turn right onto Münchener Strasse (“Hotel Central” is on the corner) – After approx. 150 m (with “Elektro Jamnik” on the left) turn left onto Geigenbühelstrasse and follow the road – After the bridge, turn right onto Panoramaweg.

coming from Switzerland/Vorarlberg:
A12 Inntal motorway towards Innsbruck – Take the Telfs Ost exit and follow the sign for “Seefeld” (via Bairbach and Mösern) –  In Seefeld, stay on Möserer Strasse, and go past the Seekirchl (on the right) – Having passed the Torri di Seefeld apartment hotel, turn right onto Olympiastrasse – After passing the “Eurospar” and “MPreis” supermarkets, turn left onto Münchener Strasse (“Hotel Central” is on the corner) – After approx. 150 m (with “Elektro Jamnik” on the left) turn left onto Geigenbühelstrasse and follow the road – After the bridge, turn right onto Panoramaweg.
